Since our candles and wax sachets are handcrafted and fragile, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Fragrance variation
  • Slight colour differences (handmade variation is normal)

We offer replacements ONLY under these conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • Item is defective due to manufacturing

Replacement Process

To be eligible:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide:
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)
    • Clear photos of the damaged / wrong product

Once verified, we will send a free replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are offered only if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • We are unable to ship to your location

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
