Since our candles and wax sachets are handcrafted and fragile, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Fragrance variation
- Slight colour differences (handmade variation is normal)
We offer replacements ONLY under these conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- Item is defective due to manufacturing
Replacement Process
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photos of the damaged / wrong product
Once verified, we will send a free replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are offered only if:
- The product is out of stock
- We are unable to ship to your location
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
